Of all Spanish cities with over 100.000 inhabitants, in 2013 most properties were sold in Marbella (Malaga).

The trendy coastal town of Marbella finished 2013 with a total of 3115 transactions, an increase of 23 percent compared to 2012.
This number of sales compares to before the crisis in 2007.

Marbella is leading the recovery of the Spanish housing market.
And this positive image is not unique on the Costa del Sol…
Coastal towns like Estepona (increase of 9,3 percent), Mijas and Benalmadena equally show a very clear growth in the number of Property Sales.
