Estepona old town has a lively centre, with many squares and shops. Calle Terraza and Calle Real are the 2 main shopping streets, located directly behind the boulevard.

 

Estepona port mainly has restaurants and bars, although you will find some supermarkets, souvenir shops and news kiosks.

 

If you are looking for designer stores with all the well known brands, then go to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Both are a real shopper’s paradise with many covered shopping centers and nice boutiques. La Canada in Marbella and El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus are the best large (covered) shopping centers. Polynesian style (covered) shopping centre Laguna Village on the Estepona New Golden Mile is also home to many designer brands stores.

Smaller stores generally close for “siesta” (14.00-16.30), most other stores are open all day (till 21.00 during weekdays). On Saturdays stores are open from 09.30 till 17.00.

One of the largest supermarkets in Estepona, offering a broad selection of clothing, food, electronics, books, music, bedlinnen etc. You will also find a new kiosk, flower shop, boutiques, restaurant and bakery.

 

Location : At the far end (East side) of the Estepona boulevard.

 

Opening : Mon-Sat. 10.00 to 22.00 hours, open on Sundays in July/August.

 

• MERCADONA

 

Popular supermarket chain for the local Spanish (good price -quality).

 

Location : On 4 different locations in Estepona (2 on Avenida Andalucia in Estepona town).

 

Opening : Mon-Sat. 09.15 to 21.00 hours.

 

• SUPERSOL

 

Supermarket by Estepona port with a large selection of food and drinks from other countries.

 

Location : Just behind Estepona port on the upper level by the Tourist Office.

 

Opening : Mon-Sat. 09.00 to 21.00 hours.

 

• OPENCOR

 

Open 7 days a week from 09.30 till 02.00 am. Ideal for last minute shopping. More expensive than regular supermarkets. Also books, music, souvenirs etc.

 

Location : On entering Estepona port immediately on your left (at the small roundabout).
